About the Fellowship

The 16 fellows from our first cohort exemplify resilience and innovative thinking. 11 of the 16 fellows were young mothers, juggling multiple roles and responsibilities, and all of them navigating the challenges and demands of poverty.

Critically and creatively engaging with the fellowship curriculum and the world around them during the 18 months of the fellowship, they have demonstrated their commitment and potential as storytellers, artists, and performers. We look forward to collaborating with them as the next generation of change makers.
