Named in honor of Suvash Darnal, a tireless advocate for Dalit rights and social justice, this award celebrates those who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to creating a more equitable and just society. The Darnal Award acknowledges the importance of intersectional approaches to justice, recognizing the interconnectedness of caste, gender, class, and other forms of marginalization.

Nominations for the Darnal Award 2025 are now open. We invite submissions from individuals, organizations, and communities who wish to recognize outstanding contributions to social justice and Dalit rights.
All nominations must be submitted by June 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
